Products can be purchased through our website or by sending a direct message (DM) on Instagram at @sayluxejewellery. All purchases are for personal use only. Please ensure all order and delivery information is correct before placing an order.

3. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive confirmation via email or Instagram message, including your order details and tracking number.
4. Payment
Full payment is required at checkout. We accept secure payments through third-party gateways like PayPal and Afterpay. Orders will be processed and dispatched only after successful payment.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are dispatched within 2ā3 business days.
- Estimated delivery is 3ā4 business days for metro areas.
- Regional delivery may take longer.
- Delivery timelines may vary during promotional periods and public holidays.
- Once dispatched, the order becomes the responsibility of the courier.
6. Shipping Providers
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. For international orders, customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
7. Refunds, Returns & Store Credit
- All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
- In the event of a faulty or damaged item, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- A clear unboxing video must be provided showing the issue.
- If approved, we may offer store credit equal to the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs.
- No credit or refund will be issued without a valid unboxing video.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
- If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately after placing the order.
- Once your order has shipped, the sale is considered final.
